Adding Cable/Satellite Subscription with TFC

If you are viewing TFC via one of our cable or satellite partners like Comcast, AT&T, or Starhub, please have your Subscriber Account Number ready to complete the linking process.

    Go to My Kapamilya Account

    Add your account here.

    Go to Accounts > TFC (Cable/Satellite)

    Select your cable/ satellite provider from the drop-down list

    It is arranged by country then by participating cable/satellite provider. Only participating cable/satellite providers will appear on this list.

    Enter your subscriber account number and click “Submit”

    Your Subscriber Account Number may be found on your cable or satellite subscription’s billing statement. Each cable or satellite provider has its own way of showing its subscriber’s account number. If you are having trouble finding your Subscriber Account Number, please contact your cable/satellite provider’s customer service for assistance.

    Make sure that the subscription is under your name and that the Subscriber Account Number you specified is correct as these will be used as basis for verification when you request for manual crediting of points.
