Kapamilya Thank You is the customer loyalty program of ABS-CBN that expresses love and gratitude to our loyal Kapamilyas wherever in the world you may be. We want to thank you especially for your loyalty to our shows, our celebrities, products and services. Loyal Kapamilyas will receive Thank You Points from watching ABS-CBN TV Shows on TV or iWant TV, visiting our website, subscribing to SKY and using ABS-CBN TVplus, ABS-CBNmobile and other products and services. Thank You Points can be used to get special gifts, rewards and exclusive privileges from ABS-CBN. Exclusive gifts and privileges include – Meet and Greet a Kapamilya Star, tickets to ABS-CBN Studio tours and shows such as ASAP and Showtime, and free products and services such as KBO, PPV, SMS, Data, Calls, and many more.
Who can join the Kapamilya Thank You Program (KTNX)?
Individuals aged 18 and above can join the Kapamilya Thank You Program.
How can I become a Kapamilya Thank You Program Member?
- Visit thankyou.abs-cbn.com.
- Click "Register" on the home page banner or “Login” at the upper right corner of the website.
- Fill out the needed information and nominate your Kapamilya Name or your username.
- If you have an existing account with any ABS-CBN website such as iWantTV or ABS-CBN News, use your registered email or Kapamilya Name and password to login to Kapamilya Thank You.
- Enroll your ABS-CBN products and services that you are currently subscribed to such as ABS-CBNmobile, SkyCable, iWant TV, and ABS-CBN TVplus. To enroll the ABS-CBN products and services you use, simply follow below steps:
a. On the thankyou.abs-cbn.com home page, click on your Kapamilya Name found on the upper right of the screen. You must be logged in to enroll your accounts b. Click on “My Kapamilya Account”. This will lead you to the Kapamilya Accounts page in which you can update your basic information, contact details and link your accounts. c. To start enrolling or linking your accounts, click on Accounts. Then click on “Add Accounts”. d. On the Accounts page, click on the logo/s of the service/s or product/s you use d. 1 If you choose ABS-CBNmobile, enter your 11-digit mobile number then click “Submit” d. 2 If you choose TVplus, enter a valid BOX ID then click “Save” d. 3 If you choose SKY, enter the account number and the last name of the SKY account you wish to enroll. Then click “Save” d. 4 If you choose Other Mobile Providers, choose the service provider and enter your 11-digit mobile number. Then click “Submit”

How long does my membership last?
Membership in the Kapamilya Thank You Program is valid for as long as your membership is active. You are considered as an active member when you have earned Thank You Points or have redeemed rewards in the past 6 months. Otherwise, all available Points you have earned will be forfeited.

When can I start using my Thank You Points for redemption?
As long as you have the required Thank You Points, you can start redeeming Kapamilya Gifts and rewards immediately. You may also choose to accumulate more Thank You Points to redeem items of higher value. Otherwise, all available Points you have earned will be forfeited. Please make sure to provide the required account details when redeeming certain Kapamilya Gifts.
How long does it take for Thank You Points be credited to me account?

Kapamilya Thank You (KTNX) Program (“Program”) is the customer loyalty program of ABS-CBN Corporation (including its affiliates and subsidiaries, herein referred to as “ABS-CBN”) that expresses love and gratitude to our loyal Kapamilyas wherever in the world they may be. We want to thank them especially for their loyalty to our shows, our stars, products and services. Loyal Kapamilyas will receive Thank You Points from watching ABS-CBN TV Shows on TV or iWant TV, visiting our website, subscribing to SKY cable (including but not limited to Sky Broadband, Sky Mobi, Sky Direct), TFC and using ABS-CBN TVplus, ABS-CBNmobile, and other products and services. Thank You Points can be used to get personalized gifts, rewards and exclusive privileges from ABS-CBN, as well as in exchange for merchandise of products or third party entities who have agreed to participate in the Program as redemption partners (“Redemption Partner/s”). Exclusive gifts and privileges includes – Meet and Greet a Kapamilya Star, tickets to ABS-CBN Studio tours and shows such as ASAP and Showtime, and free products and services such as KBO, PPV, SMS, Data, Calls, and many more.
1. MEMBERSHIP I hereby confirm and agree that:
1.1. My registration and participation in the Program shall constitute my acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as the same may be amended, modified and supplemented from time to time.
1.2. I am obliged to keep my information current, correct, and complete, by updating and reporting any change in my name, address, e-mail address, and other data via the Program’s website at thankyou.abs-cbn.com. Verbal notification is not valid and will not be entertained. ABS-CBN will not be liable for any inaccuracy in the information I submitted,
1.3. My membership account is not transferrable.
1.4. My membership can either be active or inactive. My membership is considered “Active” when there is at least one (1) earning transaction or one (1) redemption for the past six (6) months since my last activity. Otherwise, all my available points will be forfeited.
1.5. ABS-CBN reserves the right to review my account at any time for my compliance with the Program’s Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
1.6. My membership will terminate automatically and all rights and privileges void upon my death.
2. EARNING AND REDEMPTION OF THANK YOU POINTS
2.1. Guidelines, promotion offerings, and venues for earning Thank You Points will be posted in the KTNX website thankyou.abs-cbn.com (the “Website”). ABS-CBN and/or Program Redemption Partner reserves the right at all times to make any changes to any such rules / offerings in its sole discretion.
2.2. I am eligible to earn Thank You points after registration to the Program
2.3. My Thank You Points cannot be exchanged for cash. This does not apply to rewards in the form of bill rebates. Thank You Points cannot be earned for Value Added Tax, other government charges and service charges.
2.4. ABS-CBN reserves the right to make adjustments on earned or accrued Thank You points as it sees fit including, but not limited to, deduction of points arising from returned goods or services or from disputes.
2.5. It is my responsibility to keep transaction receipts, whenever applicable, which may be required in case of my request for points verification by the Member.
2.6. For the redemption of Thank You Points, those points reflected in ABS-CBN records shall be deemed correct, and, except for manifest errors (e.g. wrong computation, inconsistency in answers in words and figures), ABS-CBN shall have the exclusive right to determine the available amount of points to be awarded to or redeemed.
2.7. Redeemed rewards or privileges are not exchangeable for other rewards or privileges, or refundable, replaceable, or be sold or transferred for cash or credit, under any circumstances.
2.8. By redeeming points for rewards or privileges, I release ABS-CBN and its Redemption Partners from any liability regarding the use and redemption of the Thank You points and on the issuance and usage of said rewards or privileges. Thank You points redeemed may not be changed, revoked, or cancelled.
2.9. ABS-CBN will bear no responsibility for resolving any disputes concerning any goods or services I received Member.
2.10. Each individual Redemption Partner’s return and exchange policy will apply on redeemed rewards. A “Redemption Partner” refers to ABS-CBN services or external merchants participating in the Program.
3.1. It is a breach of these Terms and Conditions to: (i) abuse any rewards, privileges, facilities, services or arrangements accorded to me as a result of my membership in the Program; (ii) act in any fraudulent manner or in any way which is likely to be detrimental to the interest of ABS-CBN, or the Program or any Redemption Partner; (iii) supply or attempt to supply misleading information, or make any misrepresentation to ABS-CBN, the Program, or any Redemption Partner; (iv) or act in any way, which in ABS-CBN’s reasonable opinion, breaches or is likely to breach these Terms and Condition. ABS-CBN’s decision as to what constitutes a breach shall be final and conclusive.
3.2. Any breach of Terms and Conditions whether intentional or otherwise may result in termination of my membership, forfeiture of issued Thank You Points, and cancellation of rewards or privileges, at the sole discretion of ABS-CBN. I may also become ineligible for future or further participation in the Program.
3.3. In the event of termination, all Thank You Points, rewards or privileges that I may have earned or accrued will also be terminated and forfeited, and these may not be sold, assigned or transferred or otherwise redeemed. ABS-CBN and its Redemption Partners shall in no way be liable for any Thank You Points, rewards or privileges in case my membership is terminated.
4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4.1. ABS-CBN reserves the right, at any time, to amend, modify or supplement any of these Terms and Conditions, or to terminate any (or all) of the Programs mentioned herein, by posting the amended terms on the Website. My continued use of this Website after the effective date of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions constitutes my agreement to comply with and be bound by such amendments, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Website, if any. I agree to check the Terms and Conditions periodically, so that I will be familiar with their content as may be amended from time to time.
4.2. ABS-CBN reserves the right to extend, renew and terminate the Program or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice. ABS-CBN shall not be liable for any loss of value or benefits that may arise as a result of any changes made to the Program.
4.3. ABS-CBN may assign or subcontract its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, in favor of any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, sub-contractors or appointed agents. ABS-CBN shall not be responsible for any delay in the performance or non-performance of its sub-contractors and/or agents due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
4.4. Without prejudice to the application of clause 4.9, ABS-CBN shall not be in breach of its obligation of confidentiality if disclosure of my confidential information is pursued in conjunction with an order of court, or is required by law or any governmental or regulatory authority. To the extent permitted by law and if the disclosure is not required with immediate effect, ABS-CBN shall give me prior notice of such disclosure.
4.5. Any communication sent to me will be considered as delivered, when posted to a mailing address or sent to my email address, or contact number on record. ABS-CBN will not be responsible for any delayed, misdirected or lost mail or email.
4.6. No forbearance, delay or failure on ABS-CBN’s part to exercise any power or right under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of such power or right, nor shall any single or partial exercise of such power or right preclude any further exercise of that or any power or right.
4.7. All information contained here are correct and current at the time of publication and are subject to change.
4.8. To maintain and implement the Program in connection with its marketing, communication, analysis and research objectives and for me to continue enjoying the rewards/ privileges/rewards thereof, I acknowledge that ABS-CBN, its service providers, authorized representatives and agents, and Redemption Partners:
4.8.1. will need to collect, obtain, use, store, process and consolidate (collectively, "process" or "processing") information about me to determine suitable promos, activities and products that I can participate in; and
4.8.2. may outsource the processing thereof to service providers, whether within or outside the Philippines, with my consent herein given. The foregoing constitutes my express consent under the applicable confidentiality and data privacy laws of the Philippines and other jurisdictions and agree to hold the ABS-CBN free and harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, suits of whatever kind and nature, that may arise in connection with the implementation and compliance with the authorization conferred by me under these Terms and Conditions.
